Cartoon contoversy
I'll write up a full reflection tomorrow, but for now here's me at a demonstration here in Amman, Jordan about the Danish cartoons. My sign says "Show respect to muslims and their Prophet"

I have to say that I don't see why Muslims should be exempt from mickey taking. All the rest of us have to take it. It's called freedom of speech. Especially if you're a Christian, where not only is derogatory humour acceptable, but it is positively encouraged and is kind of considered cool.
But despite that, I have to say to the poster above - how sad. And you didn't even have the guts to leave your name. Interesting.
